Missing verification email

To enter and add members to private spaces in Grapevine you need to verify your email address. If you sign in with a provider like Google your email is automatically verified. If you sign up with email and password then you need to click a link in a verification email that you receive at sign up.

If you have not received a verification email first check your spam folder.

If you can’t find the email or have deleted it by mistake head to resend email varification, there you can enter your crendentials and request a new verification email.

If you still haven’t received an email it could be a firewall blocking your requests to Grapevine. If you think this is the case please contact us at [email protected] and we can help you get Grapevine whitelisted.

Alternatively if you want to sign up quickly you could try from another network, for example tethering from a mobile phone, with a personal email address or with an authentication provider like Google.
